Supplier Development with Kanematsu and KGAR

On 25 September 2026, AAIS hosted a closed-door sharing and networking session, bringing together a curated segment from the aerospace community with KG Aircraft Rotables (KGAR) and the Kanematsu Group. The event provided a platform for companies to gain a preview of KGAR and Kanematsu Group’s strategic priorities, business roadmap, and upcoming collaboration opportunities in Singapore and the region.

The session commenced with a welcome address by AAIS Chief Executive, who highlighted the importance of building strong industry partnerships and supporting supplier development within the aerospace ecosystem. Representatives from KGAR and the Kanematsu Group then introduced their organisations, highlighting their capabilities, regional growth strategies, and opportunities for collaboration.

During the networking teabreak, participants also had the opportunity to engage directly with representatives from KGAR and the Kanematsu Group. The conversations provided valuable insights into how local suppliers could better position themselves to support future opportunities and work more closely with both organisations.

Such closed-group discussions are a key part of AAIS’ supplier development efforts, fostering trusted exchanges between suppliers, primes and OEMs. The setting enables more candid conversations on industry trends, capability requirements and future roadmaps, helping suppliers better position themselves for upcoming opportunities.
