The Path Forward for AI-Driven Transformation
AAIS held its second AI seminar of the year on 2 July at the NTUC Centre, bringing together aerospace professionals to explore the practical adoption of AI. Experts from EASA shared the latest developments in its AI framework, while A*STAR and industry speakers showcased solutions for real-world applications. Facilitated discussions and a panel explored key implementation challenges, data readiness and scaling AI within a safety-critical environment.

CNY HOST Networking Evening 2026
The Singapore aerospace community welcomed the Year of the Fire Horse at a CNY Lo-Hei and HOST Networking Evening on 24 February. Over 100 representatives from across the aerospace value chain came together, joining in the joyous Lo-Hei. The evening was also graced by new members, as well as senior RSAF officers, sparking lively conversations and new connections. We thank all members and guests, as well as our co-hosts, Furama RiverFront.

Singapore Pavilion at 25th Edition of MRO Asia-Pacific
AAIS was proud to coordinate the Singapore Pavilion at the 25th MRO Asia-Pacific, where 34 Singapore-based aerospace players showcased a full spectrum of MRO and manufacturing capabilities alongside innovative solutions. The pavilion buzzed with activity, with meaningful connections forged and exciting partnerships announced.

Welcome! AAIS New Members Night 2026
AAIS hosted our annual New Members’ Night on 11 June, bringing together representatives of new corporate members and Management Committee. The event provided an opportunity for members to learn more about the association’s role, key initiatives, workforce initiatives, and plans for the year ahead. Members took the opportunity to exchange ideas, explore potential partnerships, and discuss opportunities for future collaboration.

Aviation Officials from Kobe City, Japan
AAIS was pleased to welcome a delegation of senior aviation officials from Kobe City on 2 June, led by Mr Yasuo Kawahara, DG Airport Affairs of the Port and Harbor Bureau of the Kobe City Government, alongside three other senior representatives. With Kobe Airport recently attaining international status and the city looking to develop its aerospace industry, the delegation was keen to learn about Singapore’s aerospace ecosystem development.
