Flap Peening, The Practical Approach is one of the most successful training programme designed and developed by ASTA. It encompasses both the fundamental knowledge and aspect of shot peening, as well as the practical approach towards the application of the flap peening methodology.
The training has been established to educate participants with the important principles of the shot peening process, so as to build on a strong foundation for this special process to be carried out precisely, efficiently and effectively; in accordance with industry standards and regulatory controls. Emphasis is placed to equip and empower participants with the necessary practical skills and capability by incorporating a mandatory practical training requirement. This would enable consistent results to be achieved despite flap peening being a manual process. |
