About the Course:
Root Cause Corrective Action is designed to teach participants how to analyze problems and determine long-term solutions. Participants review each step in the RCCA process, complete an interactive scenario demonstrating each step of the RCCA process, and discuss requirements for responding to a Nadcap nonconformance report (NCR).

Who Should Attend?
Effective RCCA takes a team approach. Any person who is involved in RCCA, including but not limited to quality managers and quality engineers, will benefit from this course.

Course Content:
By the end of this training, you will be able to:

  • Explain the purpose of Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA)
  • Demonstrate how to determine the root causes of an event
  • Demonstrate how to determine, implement, and verify corrective actions
  • Explain how to complete the RCCA process
  • Describe how to appropriately respond to a Nadcap NCR
