About the Course:
Root Cause Corrective Action is designed to teach participants how to analyze problems and determine long-term solutions. Participants review each step in the RCCA process, complete an interactive scenario demonstrating each step of the RCCA process, and discuss requirements for responding to a Nadcap nonconformance report (NCR).
Who Should Attend?
Effective RCCA takes a team approach. Any person who is involved in RCCA, including but not limited to quality managers and quality engineers, will benefit from this course.

By the end of this training, you will be able to: Explain the purpose of Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) Demonstrate how to determine the root causes of an event Demonstrate how to determine, implement, and verify corrective actions Explain how to complete the RCCA process Describe how to appropriately respond to a Nadcap NCR
