    (Based on Precena founder’s best-selling book, Logical Presentation, that was sold more than 50,000 copies in Japan)
    – Learn how to systematically think through complex ideas and issues
    – Gain an overview of skills and tips that make thinking and communication more logical
    – Identify areas of improvement for continuous development
  • Problem Solving Process
    (Based on the world-renowned Toyota method, a systematic approach for effective and efficient problem solving)
    – Gain awareness of limiting mindsets and habits that hinder effective problem solving
    – Understand the four-step framework to analyse and solve problems in a systematic and repeatable manner
    – Adopt a common language that enhances collaboration and breaks down personality and cultural barriers
