The Aerospace Partners Golf Tournament (APGT), held on 28 August 2026, brought the aerospace community together once again for a day of golf, good company and giving back, in support of the Cerebral Palsy Alliance Singapore (CPAS).
Organised by the Association of Aerospace Industries (Singapore) (AAIS) and the APGT Organising Committee 2026, the tournament continued a much-loved tradition of bringing together industry friends, partners and colleagues for a good cause.
A day on the green
Returning and new-to-APGT golfers began with registration, goodie bag collection and lunch, before gathering for the traditional group photo ahead of the shotgun start.
The overcast skies, light breeze and, thankfully, no rain made for pleasant conditions on the course. Along the way, golfers were kept well fuelled by roving buggies serving up beer and chocolate bars, as well as the popular Ramly burger offering at the halfway house.
At Hole 4, golfers were presented with the Hole-in-One challenge, with a luxury IM5 electric sedan on the line, sponsored by IM Motors.
We were also delighted to have local celebrities including Tay Ping Hui, Christopher Lee and Cherie Lim join us on the course, adding to the fun and friendly atmosphere.
But as always, APGT was about more than the scores. It was a chance for the aerospace community to catch up, meet new faces and enjoy an afternoon together while supporting a cause that matters.
An evening of celebration and giving
Later, the evening programme got underway with a whisky tasting before the Boys’ Brigade bagpipe band made a spirited entrance, accompanying the APGT Organising Committee into the dinner venue.
Following remarks from the Organising Committee, CPAS Chairperson Dr Janice Wong shared a few words with guests, highlighting the important work CPAS does in supporting its beneficiaries.
That spirit of support carried into the CPAS Art Auction, with guests enthusiastically bidding for original artworks created by CPAS beneficiaries. The lively auction was a wonderful celebration of talent and inclusion, and a great reflection of the generosity and giving spirit of the aerospace community.
The excitement continued with the presentation of awards to golfers who stood out on the course that day. The evening reached its finale with the raffle draw, as guests eagerly waited for the winning numbers to be called and for coveted prizes to be won.
