On the evening of 4 December, AAIS brought together its members and the Singapore UAS community for its Year-End Networking Evening. Partners and special guests joined members from across the industry at Amara Singapore for a night of camaraderie and festive cheer, capping off another dynamic year for the Association.

The programme began with a warm welcome and reflections by 1st Vice President, Mr Pang Yong Kiang, who shared highlights of 2024. This was followed by updates from our Chief Executive, Mr Sia Kheng Yok, who outlined aspirations for the year ahead. He called on members to engage actively in upcoming initiatives to strengthen the aerospace community.

Adding a dash of excitement to the evening, the Icebreaker Quiz tested everyone’s knowledge of AAIS. With tricky questions and hearty cheers for the correct answers, the activity set a lighthearted tone for the evening. Guests enjoyed a delectable spread, including sushi, pizza, and laksa, complemented by wine, beer, and other refreshments from the bar. Conversations flowed freely as attendees mingled and celebrated the festive spirit.

A highlight of the evening was a toast by 2nd Vice President, Mr Raymond Lim, whose remarks combined well wishes for the new year with a humorous reminder about membership renewals. The event concluded with the highly anticipated Lucky Draw, where delighted winners claimed prizes, including bottles of wine, dining vouchers, and a staycation.

As the night drew to a close, attendees exchanged warm farewells, with promises to reconnect in 2025 at future AAIS events.

AAIS thanks all who attended for making this year-end event a success. We look forward to continuing the journey together in 2025. Stay connected for upcoming activities and initiatives!
