About the Course:
Introduction to Aerospace Quality Management Systems reference to Aviation Regulations and Aerospace Customers Requirements and Expectations.

Through the course, best practices in the aerospace industries will be discussed and essences of these best practices will be extracted to look into practical implementation into a quality management system.

Improving and making an effective Quality Management System addressing Quality Escapes, Human Factors, Risks and Cost of Quality.

About the Trainer:
Mr Jimson Ngiam
With more than 20 years of experience working in various aerospace companies, Jimson became an Aerospace Quality Manager in an MRO organisation certified by various Aviation Authorities (e.g. CAAC, CAAS, CAA UK, DGAC EASA, DCA, FAA etc.) at the age of 28.Throughout his aerospace career, he had developed and implemented the followings:-
• Part 145 quality system for new MRO facility
• Part 21 quality system for new Production facility
• AS 9100 and AS 9110 Aerospace Quality System
• Human Factors and Maintenance Error Prevent system
• Aviation Safety Management System
• Industrial Process Control Assessment System (AM2535-IPCA)Jimson is currently a certified Aerospace Experience Auditor for AS 9100 and AS 9110 standards, and is an experienced trainer for Human Factors, ISO 9001, ISO 18001, ISO 14001, Airbus IPCA, AS 9100 & AS 9110.
