About the Course:
This interactive course will enable the participants to:
• understand the principle and concept of FMEA, and correctly apply this methodology for use in design or process or service environment
• apply a structural approach to any improvements and problem-solving processes and formalises the mental discipline during these processes

  • Control and Reaction Plans Methodology 
    – Overview of Control and Reaction Plans and relation with FMEA
    – Step-by-step description of each control plan requirements
    – Process, Product and Special Characteristics classification
    – Selection of various process control method
    – Uses of process analysis tools in the reaction plan
    – Workshop practical exercises
About the Trainer:

Mr. Kenneth Liang, Trainer, SQI
Kenneth is an independent consultant as well as a trainer with SQI. Some of his certification projects include: ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, ISO 14001:2015 EMS, OHSAS 18001:2007, AS 9001:2009, ISO 17025 General requirements for competence of testing and calibration laboratories, ISO 13485:2016 Medical Devices, HSA Good Distribution Practice for Medical Device in Singapore, Cost of Quality (COQ), Project Management, Six Sigma (Green Belt & Black Belt) projects, Advanced Quality Planning Champion, TQM & Singapore Quality Class etc.
