Improve consideration of the risks associated with non-compliance with regulatory requirements Encourage good maintenance practices in terms of ﬂight safety Be able to position oneself within a civil aviation regulatory context by describing this context Be able to explain the main requirements of EASA Part 145 and how to apply them Who Should Attend? Any employee applying for a Part-145 aircraft Type Qualification or Airworthiness Certificate

International and national regulatory context Facility requirements Personnel, certifying staff and support staff requirements Aircraft instruments, tools and components Maintenance data Maintenance planning Performance of maintenance, certiﬁcation of maintenance and recording of maintenance tasks carried out Occurrence reporting Safety and quality policy, maintenance procedures and quality system Maintenance Organization Exposition Rights of the organization
Blended Learning Framework:
E-LEARNING with provision of training materials beforehand with an online pre-evaluation on the Learning Management System DISTANCE LEARNING with instructor by using workshops, simulation tools, open discussions and a ﬁnal assessment to validate the acquired knowledge Issuing of the training attestation with the same value as a face-to-face training
