About the Course:
This Root Cause Analysis course is designed to equip the participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to facilitate effective problem analysis.

This course covers the systematic problem identification and the use of logic, data and process analysis to understand the problem, followed by root cause analysis and the recommendation of corrective actions to resolve the problem.

The pertinent process of the verification of the effectiveness of the corrective actions and its integration to the overall business of the organisation to prevent recurrence will be discussed and demonstrated with quiz and case studies.

About the Trainer:

Mr. Chan Kee Ann, Trainer, SQI
Mr. Chan has been a trainer since 1994 when he lectured for the Master of Science TQM program at Wollongong University in Singapore. During that time, he had served as Director of Quality & Engineering at a US multinational technology companies.

As a trainer, Mr. Chan has trained hundreds of Certified Quality Managers and Engineers at the Singapore Quality Institute. Some of the courses that he has conducted (local and overseas) includes Certified Lean Expert, Lean Principle and Implementation, Root Cause Analysis, Risk Management, Design for Six Sigma, FMEA, 8D-Problem Solving, MSA, Lean Six Sigma, Black Belt Six Sigma, QFD, SPC, DOE, Cost of Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Process Management, Kaizen, Mistake Proofing (Poka Yoke), ISO 9001:2015 QMS & Internal Auditing,
