Aerospace Sales Professional
Sandler Training is a leading provider of a comprehensive set of sales, management, leadership, coaching and related training programs. Sandler Training believes producing lasting change in people only comes about through ongoing reinforcement. With its Asian flagship training center located in Singapore, Sandler Training has Singapore based trainers whose schedules can meet the training needs of its clients.
Sandler’s experience has been that most companies and salespeople don’t have a selling system in place. Salespeople are left to “sink or swim” with the assumption that the good ones will somehow figure it out. Without proper support and training, many companies experience high turnovers. Even the successful salespeople often times have difficulties pinpointing the reasons behind their success. Therefore, they can’t always replicate the success or teach their skills to their colleagues or team members.
The Certified Sales Professional Program is an intensive course for sales professionals who are serious about improving their sales skills and advancing their careers. Participants will learn a systematic approach to selling that has been field tested and proven to work. It is appropriate for both new and experienced salespeople. At the end of the course, participants will have a sales methodology that is diagnostic, replicable and scalable.
Sandler Training uses adult learning models to insure that competencies are taught and understood by each of the participants. Adults learn by doing and imitating; therefore, each concept is backed up with role-plays, exercises and question-and-answer sessions to ensure the participants have the opportunity to implement techniques and concepts immediately. Participants the opportunity to go out and try the techniques and then come back and analyze the process again based on what happened in real life.
To meet the time demands of busy professionals, this program will take three months to cover the same material that typically takes six months in our normal course. As each session is designed to be a modular mini-course, participants can enter and exit training at any time instead of waiting months for the next session to start.
