Singapore Aerospace Value-Chain Study The Singapore Aerospace Value-Chain (SVAC) Study was released to the industry on 17 September 2009, at the inaugural Singapore AeroIndustry Annual Meeting 2009. The event was attended by over 150 industry professionals, who were presented with details of the project and its findings.
