About the Course:
This course explores the regulations relating to the supply/logistics chain, focusing on the regulations as they apply to the logistics chain within approved Aircraft Maintenance Organisations.

It will provide the attendee with useful practical skills for parts sourcing, purchasing, goods inwards receipt and inspection departments. Attendees will gain knowledge of the latest regulations surrounding the aircraft parts, supply and logistics chain.

About the Instructor:

Mr. Stuart Hughes, HOFTCO Pty Ltd 
Stuart holds a Graduate Certificate of Technology (Aviation Human Factors) from Swinburne University. He also has a Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training, as well as Airline Operations.

Stuart had previously been involved in the establishment, development and management of Baines Simmons Operations in Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Indonesia and the Pacific Islands. He started his career as a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer. He is a member of the Human Error and Accident Reduction (H.E.A.R) steering group, with key achievements include provide consultancy service to Qantas’ engineering operations on issues of human error and performance in the maintenance activities.
