UAV Operations: Risks, Liabilities, Legal concerns & more
October 25 @ 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm
A growing number of government agencies and businesses are exploring the benefits of drones and introducing them in their operations. Many in the Singapore UAS Community are involved in developing such solutions, with potential global markets. In parallel, there are rising concerns over issues such as personal and data privacy, public safety and how to integrate unmanned operations with manned flight. Aviation authorities are grappling with these issues and developing the regulatory framework and technology to deal with these while seeking to preserve the benefits arising from the use of drones.
Who should attend?
As an end-user of drone solutions, a drone services provider or operator, or drone manufacturer, are you fully aware of the responsibilities and risks that you bear? This seminar is meant for you and to generate discussions on the legal and ethical aspects of drone use, plus risks and liabilities.
