Financing Growth: Investment Strategies for Aerospace SMEs
August 23 @ 9:30 am - 11:00 am
The aerospace market globally is undergoing a significant wave of consolidation. Multinationals and small and medium enterprises (SMEs) alike are increasingly engaging in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, and raising expansion capital. This trend is not going to leave Singapore untouched, considering the country’s status as an aerospace hub in a fast-growing region like Southeast Asia.
Join us at this workshop to discuss global trends in aerospace investment, financing and M&A, and how find out how they may affect market players in Singapore. Using real-life case-studies,
Mr Viktor Dimitrov from PrimePartners Corporate Finance (PPCF) will walk you through growth financing options and strategies, their inherent opportunities, challenges and processes. Topics to be covered include:
- Defining a company’s investment strategy and long-term objectives.
- How to prepare for future investment/M&A (whether it is fundraising, a joint venture, acquisition, or a sale to strategic partners);
- Key negotiating points (i.e. valuation, deal structure, shareholder relationships);
- Bringing the deal to a successful close (from due diligence to post-Investment/M&A).
PPCF will also be offering one-to-one strategy sessions with interested participants.
