AAIS 17th Annual General Meeting

AAIS members are invited to Save-the-Date for the 17th Annual General Meeting of AAIS, to be held on 20 September 2019, from 9.00am to 11.00am (venue to be advised).
Hear perspectives from President, Mr Philip Quek, on the preceding year and the path ahead for AAIS. The AAIS annual report and audited financial accounts will also be presented by the Honorary Secretary and Honorary Treasurer respectively. This year’s Agenda will include proposed amendments to the Constitution of AAIS.
All AAIS member companies are welcome to attend the AGM. In accordance with the Constitution, only Charter and Ordinary Members are accorded voting rights, should any resolutions be put to a vote
AAIS Management Committee Elections
Elections will be held for the 12th AAIS Management Committee, to serve from September 2019 till September 2021. Interested candidates (main representatives of Charter and Ordinary member companies) are welcome to reach out to the Secretariat for more information.
