AAIS 17th Annual General Meeting

Main Representatives of AAIS member companies are invited to Save-the-Date for the 17th Annual General Meeting of AAIS.
Date: Friday, 20 September 2019
Time: 9.00am to 11.30am (Registration starts at 9am. AGM commences at 9.30am)
Venue: Village Hotel Changi
Hear perspectives from President, Mr Philip Quek, on the preceding year and the path ahead for AAIS. The AAIS annual report and audited financial accounts will also be presented by the Honorary Secretary and Honorary Treasurer respectively. This year’s Agenda will include proposed amendments to the Constitution of AAIS.
All AAIS member companies are welcome to attend the AGM. In accordance with the Constitution, only Charter and Ordinary Members are accorded voting rights, should any resolutions be put to a vote.
AAIS Management Committee Elections
Elections will be held for the 12th AAIS Management Committee, to serve from September 2019 till September 2021. Interested candidates (must to Main Representatives of Charter and Ordinary member companies) are welcome to reach out to the Secretariat for more information.
